Q: Can I order direct from the website?
A: Yes, all our keyrings can be brought online and paid for using your debit or credit card.
Q: Is there a charge for using my credit card online?
A: No, we never charge extra for using debit or credit cards.
Q: How much is delivery to a UK address?
A: Delivery on ALL our keyrings is completely FREE. We never charge to send a keyring to a UK address, if you are not sure about your address then please contact us.
Q: Can I buy more than 1 item online?
A: Yes, we operate a shopping cart, which means you can add multiple items to the cart before checking out and paying. You can check your cart by clicking the link in the top right hand corner of the page.
Q: Where are the Keyrings based?
A: Enzo Keyrings and all its stock is based in Hampshire, UK.
Q: My Keyrings is faulty, can I have a replacement?
A: Yes, we will re-send a replacement keyring should the one you receive not be of good quality, and it is within 14 days of purchase. if you are not satisfied we will refund your money.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We use Royal Mail for sending all keyrings and usually they arrive within 3-5 working days and sometimes sooner. We cannot be held responsible for delays which are out of the control of Enzo Keyrings.
