Postage and Shipping

We want you to feel comfortable with ordering from us, therefore we have bulleted some information on our postage and shipping methods below. If you require further information please use the contact page.

• Postage charges for the UK are FREE
• All parcels are sent via Royal Mail delivery. (Excluding weekends)
• All items ordered before 12pm will be processed the same working day.
• All items are stocked and shipped in the UK.
• We always hold high volumes of stock but there may be an occasion when we are waiting on orders to come in, therefore some customers might see a delay in receiving their order by a few days.

Return Policy

We offer a 7 day hassle free return policy for all our customers if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Faulty Products Policy

If items are faulty please notify us within 7 days we will not process claims for good received as faulty after this period of time.

To arrange a return or if your item is faulty please complete the contact form, when we receive this email we will reply to you within 24hours with details on how to return your product to us. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us; for your own protection we recommenced that you request proof of posting when returning the item.

Late and Lost Deliveries

All parcels are sent Royal Mail Delivery therefore any delay on receiving them is done to the carrier and we cannot be held responsible, as we have fulfilled our commitment.
